We went to Whole Foods today to pick up some groceries. In September we are choosing to eat all plant-based — Septegan (September + Vegan), but I wanted to get a head start and make sure we had some awesome vegan foods ready to go. How I Lost 30 Pounds in 3 Months
I’ve been on a “lifestyle change” for the last three and a half months and I’m super excited to share my experience with how I lost 30 pounds in 3 months.
I’m really excited to share my little etsy haul with you! I’ve been using an Erin Condren Life Planner for years and I love the bright, colorful version. Each month is a new color which keeps it interesting and makes me want to keep using my planner. I love the colorful details throughout, so I don’t use a ton of stickers that cover up all of that detail. You already saw all of the things I use when I plan in my Planning Essentials post, but recently I turned to etsy to find some decorative sticker sheets for my upcoming vacation. I found some awesome deco stickers, and even some new washi tape!!

I recently discovered the brand, Farmacy, and their Honey Drop Lightweight Moisturizer at Sephora. From the first time I sampled the Honey Drop Moisturizer, I fell in love. I bought the full size at Sephora and I’ve been loving it ever since.
If you haven’t heard of Popsockets, they’re little plastic phone grips that expand out to make it easy to hold your phone or other devices. I’d wanted one for a while, but I wasn’t sure if it would work with my phone case. I have the iPhone 6s with an Apple silicone phone case and I couldn’t find any information on if the Popsockets stick to the Apple silicone case, but I decided to try it out and see for myself.
