On our recent trip to Alberta, Canada, we visited Nourish Bistro. Nourish Bistro is an entirely vegetarian/vegan-friendly restaurant in Banff, which we had to try out. I love it when restaurants know what “vegan” means and I like to support restaurants that are 100% vegetarian/vegan.
We visited Canada for the first time this month and we had an amazing trip. I did a lot of research (as I do) before booking everything, but there were still some things that I wish I’d have known before traveling. I’ll be doing a full Travel Diary post soon, but until then, I hope this post helps you prepare if you’re visiting Canada for the first time.

When I was in Maui recently, I tried out a sheet mask for the first time. I love pampering myself with a fun mask, but I just hadn’t ever tried a sheet mask. We bought the Ring Pro doorbell back in early 2016, but recently decided to switch to the Nest Hello doorbell. Before we bought the Nest Hello, I was researching to see how it would be to install it after having the Ring Pro — do the holes line up? Does it cover the same area? As you know, I’ve been getting more and more into decorating my Erin Condren Life Planner with stickers and kits each week. I don’t go all out with kits so that it covers up all the white space, but I do like to use kits and decorative/functional stickers to tie in an overall theme for the week. I’ve found so many cute stickers on Etsy, but some of my favorites are from StickWithMeShop. Making time for yourself and listening to your body is so important. If I’m feeling stressed or unhappy, I like to take some time to do the things that I know will help me to feel better. If you don’t make time for yourself, it’s probably not going to happen.

The iPhone 8, iPhone X, and my iPhone 8 Plus all have a glass backing with an anti-fingerprint coating which looks absolutely gorgeous.
