November Favorites are here! This month has gone by so fast but it’s been a good month. Here’s what I’ve been loving this month:

Terraria

I downloaded this game on iOS over a year ago after I played it on Xbox. It’s a world-building game with a cute little LEGO-like action figure; and you just kind of dig around and build a house. It’s a fun game if you’re bored, and it doesn’t need WiFi to connect, so you can play on the plane, or if you’re traveling. It doesn’t take up that much battery, and it’s a lot of fun. If you like designing a world or building games, you’ll like this.

Lush Shooting Stars Soap

This soap smells SO good, it’s like citrus candy Skittles and I love it. I got a huge chunk of this from Lush (check my Insta) after I got a sample, and fell in love. I asked my husband for this soap for Christmas (and I already know that he got it, so I’m SUPER excited!) I hope I never run out. It’s really pretty purple and it has different color star cut-outs built inside. ✩✩

X-Files

We started watching this show on Netflix because there were a lot of seasons available (and we had already powered through Buffy the Vampire Slayer – see September favorites). The first season started out a little slow, and we almost didn’t continue watching. We skipped ahead to Season 3, and this show is amazing. Basically, Dana Scully is my spirit animal, and I think this show is great. If you haven’t watched X-Files before, definitely give it a try. No shame if you skip to Season 3! Netflix always has a free month trial if you’re a new customer!

Amazon Prime

Ever since I got Amazon Prime, my shopping life has been so much easier. I love how I can get free two-day shipping on basically every single thing. Which is amazing for me because I don’t really like to go out unnecessarily this time of year. With Amazon Prime I order a bunch of stuff for my DIY bath bombs and bubble bars (<– check them out if you haven’t seen them).  If you want to try out Amazon Prime, there’s a month free trial through my link.

BKR Water Bottles

As you know, I’m obsessed with BKR Water Bottles. They’ve been one of my monthly favorites for basically every single month since I got them. Nordstrom has cute gift sets of the little size BKR, and the teeny size, so that you can have one and give one as a gift (or like me, just have all the sizes for a good price). I recently ordered the 1L size “Baby” BKR on Black Friday, and I can’t wait to get it.

Polaroid Zip Printer

This printer is really great for printing out pictures on-the-go. I like it because the printer doesn’t take any ink, so you never have to replace ink cartridges and you can just put it in your purse and take it wherever you go. The pictures print over Bluetooth, so you don’t even need any cords; which is great because it’s one less thing I have to worry about. I mostly use the pictures in my planner or decorate my work area. The photo-paper film has adhesive on the back so you can just print and stick them wherever you want. The film is pretty inexpensive, I get it off Amazon and get it in two days with my Amazon Prime ^.

Essie Gel Couture

Essie has a nice variety of nail polish colors and I’m loving all the Gel Couture options. If you saw my previous post, I was only doing a first look, but it’s become one of my favorites for the long-lasting color and shine. My favorite color is “Make the Cut” which is kind of a shimmery-white/gray color. It reminds me of winter.

Urban Decay Allnighter Makeup Setting Spray

I recently got this makeup setting spray from the Sephora VIB Rouge sale. I’d had it before, but I didn’t realize how amazing it is in the larger bottle. I love spraying this over my Tarte Amazonian clay foundation because it softens the matte look, and makes my skin look soft and fresh. Plus, obviously, it sets my makeup so I don’t have to worry about it running off or smearing during the day. It’s lightweight and it doesn’t have a scent, and I feel like it just freshens me up. Yay!

Crème de Rose Lip Balm

With winter approaching and the cold weather coming up, my lips have started to get a little dry. I love the Crème de Rose Lip Balm because it’s sheer and moisturizing, and it really feels like a treat for my lips. I mostly wear it at night as a lip mask because I don’t really want it to transfer to my water bottle or anything, it’s a little bit thick. After using the Crème de Rose my lips feel very hydrated and not cracked. My favorite part about it is the smell (it smells like roses) and the pink color because it’s very sweet and girly.
